BestSelf Tracking Order Status

Didn't get my download links. Contacted support but they never replied. Luckily it was a free PDF but still, would not risk buying anything from here!

Terrible customer service. Don't believe their refund policy!!! The customer service representative would not issue a refund, could not show me the refund policy that contradicts the one shown on the website, and refused to put me in contact with a manager to resolve the issue.

I bought their Best Self Journals and also an Icebreaker card deck. I whip out the card deck all the time when I have friends over, some of the questions can be a bit deep but they really get a conversation going. Also the journals are the best, I feel so much more productive using them and setting daily and weekly goals. I found the shipping to be pretty standard as well, didn't take as long as some of these reviews read.

Good products, slow delivery

Very slow delivery - up to one week from order placed to order dispatched, then a couple of weeks from the order to arrive in Denmark (order from their uk site). Most of the time the orders do not even arrive. I rather buy their products from Amazon or other with more
