BikeBandit Tracking Order Status

They dont respond to emails, dont answer the phone and charged me for an item I ordered back in november, 2020 right after I ordered and its January 2021 and still no item or response.

After years of being customers of "Bike Bandit," our recent order was a disaster in which after they fully charged my account for parts, I was notified some of the parts were no longer available yet, I was still charged the full amount to my credit card. I have yet to this date been unable to get a hold of anyone at "Bike Bandit" via phone, chat or Email. We have file with our credit card company for a refund along with filing a complaint with the BBB.

Update 11/17/2021...see full review below this update; With no response from Bike Bandit and no refund issued after approximately 30 days I filed a complaint with the credit card company I originally made the purchase with. They credited my account the full amount and filed a dispute with Bike Bandit. I doubt they will respond to the credit card company either because they have no legal ground to stand on. -------------------------------------------------- Date of this review-Nov. 3, 2021 I had to return an item in October 2021 because the dimensions were not a advertised. Specifically a windscreen fairing advertised as fitting up to a 7" headlight but it only had a 6 3/4" opening. The person I spoke to when first initiating the return was just plain rude, had an attitude of "whatever". Now, including the day they received the item on their dock it's been 24 days total and 13 business days from when I received e-mail notification that the return was being processed and I still have not received my refund. I spoke to customer service today to check on status and once again nothing but a "whatever" attitude, no apology whatsoever. It's supposedly been referred to the billing department now for "review".

My road 5 tires were purchased yesterday and shipped today as promised. I'm in Athens TX and it says the tires were shipped out of fort worth so I'm guessing they have a warehouse down there. Should see them in 2-3 days if that's the case. I'll make a new review if it's wrong or something, but $400 set of tires and I'll potentially be putting them on by the weeks end sounds like a deal to me.

Here update for my previous review about bikebandit. You sent the order on time, but my agent in LA was unable to register the shipment on my account due to a missing P.O. Box number, so they gave me wrong information about not delivered shipment. So after several requests and a month CS gave me the tracking number and the agent could find the shipment and sorted to my account.
