Bitiba UK Tracking Order Status

Has been great for years - until this year when my cat litter orders seem to be automatically signed up to their ‘subscribe & save’ without me even selecting that option. This would mean another amount coming out of my bank account a month later if I hadn’t noticed. Happened twice now. Not sure this is actually even legal.

First purchase and everything went smoothly. Bought a smart food bowl because of the sale discount, and it arrived next day without any issues, despite being warned of delays due to high order volumes.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit weary, however I really wanted Markus-Mühle Naturnahfutter dog food which is really highly rated on all about dog food .co.Uk and I was struggling to find it else where, great price and delivery was very good too with the driver bringing the 30kg parcel In for us. I’ll be using them again and will take up the option of the subscribe and save to save me some hassle.

After finding bitiba via Google Search for Bengal food I found this a “gem of a deal” that is if I use Subscribe and Save Bengal 10kg pack will cost £70.49. When I went ahead and used the subscribe and save option the price appeared as £82.24. Food itself is great for our cats, but the price is misleading

Great place for cat food and accessories that are imported. You'll find lots of foods that are not found in UK stores. It's also the place to go for the best cat treats. So much choice and great prices!!! I just wish they would drop Evri as their courier and use Yodel on all orders. Good customer service too. They will always return emails and if anything out of the ordinary happens , they do refund your card very quickly. No hassle.
