BloomChic Tracking Order Status

I was very well pleased with the items I ordered. The quality was better than expected. The price was a good deal. The items were true to size. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the shipping was a little slow. Other than that, I will definitely order from them again.

I love all my purchases!! And everything has pockets. The sizing is always accurate and best of all I get repeated compliments everywhere I go. I weigh over 400 lbs and I feel like a super model in my outfits. Plus they are super comfy. Everything that needs to be hidden is and the best parts are highlighted. I am obviously a repeat customer!!!

I placed my first orders on March 10th & 11th. I really wanted to make sure that I had the dresses before Easter weekend and I paid for express shipping for the March 11th order but left the other one as standard. I am so excited because I received both orders today!! It was under 2 weeks. I did not much like the tracking on the app because it would tell me that my order should arrive within 3 days and then it would count down to 1 day but then reset back to 3 days at that point. This happened about 3 times. Over all though, I am very happy with how fast I actually got the shipments. The clothes were amazing and all good quality. Everything pretty much fit true to size except for a belt being slightly too big and a skirt being slightly too tight. I can still wear both though. I will also do reviews in the app for the clothing items. I had made an error on my first order and selected a quantity of 2 on the skirt but did not notice it until I had confirmed the order. It does not give you an option to make a correction, so I immediately reached out to customer service. They responded very quickly and corrected this for me. Thank you to the csr's. It was really a fun experience for me. The selection is great, customer service was awesome, and I will definitely be ordering from bloomchic again. Thank you. 😊

Ordered over a month ago. I understand that it is supposed to take a long time for items to arrive, however I was just checking on the shipment and it looks like it was delivered a few days ago… to a different state. The address it was delivered to in no way resembles my address. I didn’t even get a “your items have been delivered” email. I have emailed customer service, at this point I have a little hope of getting the items. I’ll keep you updated. ***UPDATE*** I changed my one star review to a four star review. I received an email from BloomChic stating that my delivery was not sent to the incorrect address, but that I was sent that delivery email in error. They assured me that my delivery was actually on its way. My delivery just got here. The clothes are surprisingly good quality for the price. Many of the items have a special unique touch. I’m very happy with all the items. Even though it took almost 2 months to receive the items, I would actually order from this company again. I do wish they would let you know before you buy that it takes this long to get your purchase.

What is up with the shipping? I ordered 9 items on 2/29. I knew that one of the items was a "preorder," i.e. an item that wasn't "ready" until a particular date. A confusing practice, but I knew this item wouldn't ship until March 8. What I didn't know was that the other 8 items would ALSO be held until March 8. If they alerted me to this fact before I completed the purchase, it was not obvious. But anyway, ok: not shipping until March 8. I finally got a notice around then that a shipping label had been created for my order. I was pleasantly surprised to see the label was created in Los Angeles, and not China. Surely it won't take long for my order to get from L.A. to Detroit! ...but no. No updates in the five days since the label was created. According to the USPS, my order is still in Los Angeles waiting for pickup. When I bought these clothes, I had hoped to wear some of them on a trip this weekend. Obviously that won't happen. I really, really wish they'd been more upfront about how long it would take to get my order! It's been two weeks and still hasn't shipped.
