Customer service took 10 days to resolve a defective product.

Purchased (4) 200 watt bb9 solar panels and support brackets. Received them in perfect condition and fast shipping. Easy to set up and all worked just fine. Was so happy with my purchase I ordered a fifth panel and more support brackets and all is set up and working perfectly.

I am happy with the product and BougeRV but only 3 stars because overheating happens too often. Hopefully a new and improved version is made in the future. I updated to 4 star because BougeRV responded, although there is nothing to be fixed because the real fix is to just allow for maximum water flow and shut it down between lathering up and rinsing off, I know they are reading reviews and I trust them to make improvements if they have another model in the future. The shower itself is made of quality durable materials. I would recommend it to anyone searching for such a product. It just needs some improvement.

The sign up for the Warranty was crazy, the website would not work and the phone number to report it said the voice mail for that number was full. Companies should never have a full voice mail box and the website should be checked often to make sure it works.
