Bit of a mixed review

Bit of a mixed review. The parking in Silver Zone was easy to use we went on to eat in Briggs and Stow however and this was 1/10 at best. Miserable staff and cold breakfast. When we politely gave our feedback, she laughed! Avoid!

Great Special Assistance.

It was necessary for us to book special assistance at Bristol Airport when my husbands mobility lessened. We were flying with Easy Jet who were really helpful and advised us of the process. We arrived at Bristol Airport and followed instructions to the Easy Jet Special Assistance area. From this point Bristol Airport staff took over providing a wheelchair and a happy, pleasant Attendant who led us through all of the various processes necessary to board our flight including providing a lift to the Aircraft. Returning to Bristol we experienced a similar high standard of service. Thank you to Bristol Airport, we really appreciated this service. Of course we sat on Aircraft whilst other passengers dis-embarked but surely this was to be expected as people with mobility problems are usually slower. However the good news was that we reached the carousel at similar time!

Very poor and confusing information on…

Very poor and confusing information on website. Absolutely appalling lack of signage for waiting zone car park.poorly marked bays and NO signs for any toilet facilities. The only plus is that the car park attendants were really polite and helpful but all in all a very stressful experience.

Customer or just a commodity?

Used Silver Zone to park but never again. Just an unpleasant experience. Usual mayhem around food court but same every where, really. Down side was long walk to loading gate but even longer when landing. After having to climb stairs a sign proudly announces that baggage reclaim is a mere 390 metres away! Two more flights of stairs to negotiate but at least there is a lift if you want to wait behind the 8 wheelchair customers in front of you. Even after a long, slow walk, (l have a slight mobility issue) baggage was not even on carousel. To add insult to injury there is a charge of £2 to use a trolley. Just to end it all, after waiting (in the rain) for the Silver Zone bus there was a snail's pace traffic queue from in front of the terminal right through to the A38 exit roundabout. Heaven knows what it will be like when they expand!!

I was wearing my invisible illness …

I was wearing my invisible illness Lanyard at duty free and asked could I use the till to purchase items. A very abrupt employee pointed to the self scanner and said I had to use it. I felt so upset and left my items and walked off. Not a great experience for me.
