Castore Tracking Order Status

Bestelling geplaatst en bezorging was er binnen 4 dagen dat ging allemaal erg snel. Door niet de juiste maat moet ik de bestelling retouneren. Alleen dit word onmogelijk gemaakt door de castore en de medewerkers. Retour portaal werkt niet. Als je een mail stuurt krijg je een mail gebruik de link met automatische retour label en ook een andere mail stuur het naar het retour adres SEKO t.n.v. Castore Retouren Bunschotenweg 160 3089KC Rotterdam Zonder enige uitleg etc. Adres op retour label komt totaal niet over met het adres wat ik door krijg van een andere medewerker van castore. Als dit niet word opgelost binnen. Castore is het 1 keer en nooit weer voor mij. Teleurstellend want de collectie en kwaliteit echt goed!

I contact supported because my order was being sent back to sender and I didn’t know what was going on. Mia was the one handling my enquire and she was amazing. I received an instant response and the solution offered was amazing. My questions and concerns were answered promptly and professionally. I am happy that the matter was sorted and am excited to be wearing new McLaren team merchandise. Thank you again so much for you help!!

Still waiting for my order to be dispatched after a week. No updates and nothing on website about dispatch issues. Ordered as a gift for this Wednesday. Very disappointed. Requesting a full refund through PayPal unless I can get it by this Wednesday
