CheapOair Tracking Order Status

Barely got to Orlando after running through Charlotte and found the car rental agency was closed and locked up. No answer on the phone. Internet says they are open until at least 12 AM. This was 10PM. I want my money back for the car rental as I had to get something from another agency at twice the price!

I had attempted to book myself and my partners flights and encountered a problem adding my partner. I contacted the company and a very calm helpful women helped me out. First I confused the location of the booking with a similar location and we needed to cancel that booking and re book another location. The staff member was excellent in cancelling the first booking and re-booking my flights. It was a rather lengthy phone stay but all was resolved in the end. Thank you for all your help!
