Chubbies Tracking Order Status

I have been ordering from Chubbies since 2012. First, it started with great and comfortable khaki shorts, and then I started ordering Sport shorts and Polos (All of which have been extremely great and good quality). I have now started ordering their pants and outerwear, and all I can say is positive things about every thing I've ordered. This company has grown up into a real nice quality mens clothing company and I will keep supporting them so long as they continue to make great clothes and provide exceptional customer service.

Ordered 2 pair of shorts, received a email that they were out of stock, got hold of customer service that said they were in stock, customer service made another order for me, explaining to me that there would be any additional charges, I said I hope not as I already paid for them. Then I received another email that the shorts once agin weren’t in stock. I request a refund. I received a email noting my refund…. But it was less that I paid originally, but not by much. I guess I get charged for something that they are out of stock on, sure sounds like a scam. I will never do business with Chubbies again.

I ordered an item well over a month that my bf really wanted, as I have in the past raved about their fit. A week before our first trip in years after covid, they simply said they noticed it did not ship. They were accommodative to cancel the order instead of righting their wrong. I repurchased solely because the item was expected and wanted; however, after this altercation and lack of customer Service, deeply disappointed. Never have had this problem considering I was not at fault - I had always recommended this company, and no longer will. I also wrote a review on the website, which I cannot find
