Crayola Tracking Order Status

I love Crayola. We use it at school, and I use it when family comes to visit. My cousin is 2 and loves to make crafts with me. Everytime, we use Crayola. I remember using them when I was her age and I still do. I recommend these for younger children and older because it washes off easily and doesn't stain or bleed through the paper.

I sent a multiple complaint re a so-called alphabet letters bag to make bracelets (Ean 084001101232). Lucky I checked before giving, as I wanted to make a few 'Carrie necklaces' for her dolls as well as bracelet for her. It turned out the pack is deficient in many ways: - Missing letters; - Missing beads - Some broken (with missing halves!)... Even just to make the short name "Carrie: I missed 3 letters! I asked for the missing beads or replacement to be sent asap in time for my niece's birthday. I took & attached photos, too. I sent my request to the UK site as I live in the UK, and the site made it difficult to even start an enquiry as one has to select a product ref No from the huge drop down menu just to start enquiring, and it wasn't even listed there any more as is in clearance. I got a 'non-reply' from US telling me to write again & email the UK branch (mad story, right?). Big waste of time each time, needless to say. I got this first non-reply from: Kerine, Consumer Care Professional, CRAYOLA. ...she just told me to write again, this time to: Email via web form: www [dot] crayola dot co dot uk/about-us/contact [dot] asox - Phone: 0800 389 6238 Why couldn't she forward it there herself? (Obviously doesn't care). Yet also, she had removed my message - so it was lucky I had kept a copy of it! This was only the beginning of a merry-go-round of many different places that I was directed to - never to any avail. So anyway, I started again from scratch, and this time got a send non-reply from replytosupport at rayola [dot] com: "Sita, Consumer Care Professional, CRAYOLA", saying: "I have forwarded all of your information for a resolution from our Licensing Partner, Dixon Corporation (*). Pease expect an email from them shortly." - Never did, shortly or not! (*) www dot dixonticonderogacompany [dot] com / Email orders at dixonusa [dot] com So back to the US now? + for some reason also giving me this UK webform Email: www dot daler-rowney [dot] com. I received another non-reply from "Goliath Support" at support at goliathgames [dot] nl... At some point, I was told to send it to a UK branch called VIVID - from which (Consumer Care Team at cs at ividtoygroup [dot] com) I got a 4th non-reply, telling me: "you have been forwarded to us incorrectly. I have however forward on your email to the correct contact. (...) ben.cornwell at cilimited dot co dot uk" ! And then NOTHING since that last one, 2 weeks ago! All this because they can neither help, replace, or failing that just send a small cheque to refund me! God knows I don't post many reviews let alone negative, but by now with so many repeated wastes of my time (and money) and such a mountain of faults & total lack of car, they have been elected for my yearly worst company of the year!
