Cricket Wireless Tracking Order Status

Cricket Wireless service area is good, the phones they carry are okay, but their customer service has gone way down over the years. They don't have alot of store locations and no 24hr customer service, which has the customer relying on Chat Agents. If you think Chat Bots are bad, the live-agents are the worst. It took me 3 hours to get a problem fixed on my phone, but it wasn't fixed by those lazy can't answer a return policy question without actually verifying access your account Chat Agents. If it wasn't for so many lovable geeks with so much information online I still wouldn't have my phone fixed; and I still don't have the answer to the return policy of a new purchase. I was on the chat with them for over an hour, with multiple agents just stopping the chat. Like with most CSR's know they don't listen the customer and just read from scripts. No wonder they are issues with people that actually know how to resolve issues on first contact. Getting contacts to sync to the phone should be a simple fix, which should require security because they are just simple steps. If the lovable geek and answer my question without me having an account with him, why can't Cricket Wireless do it, especially since they verified my account name and number, and can tell I am using the phone to get the contacts placed on it.

Cricket has off-shored all it's Customer Service to the Philippines. Polite people with very heavy accents spend most of their time apologizing before and after they say that there is nothing they can do to help. Oh, and before you get to this treat, you spend 20 minutes fighting with a bot that is designed to block your call if it's about anything more than "What's my balance due?"

Cricket is very good. Im on the $60 plan i love it. Nowadays everyone is on the internet streaming so my internet is on point. I love the service.
