Cub cadet vibration

I bought a cub cadet zero turn from Home depot very simple the only problem is they leave the mowers outside.The mowers sit in the raine and sun for months and start to rust.The problem with the mower is when you turn on the cutting blades it begins to vibrate so bad it feels like it's going to fall apart.I went on line and found out I'm not the only one that is having this problem you can look it up on YouTube. The mower is great built strong and easy to remove deck .I should not have to work on a brand new mower to stop the vibration. The deck has a bad pully design. On YouTube the company rep was saying the one that came back for that problem was a one off but it's not their are many including mine.I can't send it in for repair because I live in south Florida and my grass grows year round and I can't wait months for them to figure this out.With a vibration this bad it's going to start breaking things .Thanks cub cadet.

Good tractor - very poor tires.

Bought a new XT-1 Enduro LT46. The tractor seems to be good - no complaints after 4 hours. However, the tires are very poor. Only 2 ply and suitable only for well established, smooth lawns, not for any pasture of similar use. First time out had one flat on front and one on rear (no nails or similar). Had them repaired and second time out had another front flat. I am replacing both front tires with 4-ply which should have come standard in the first place.

Excellent Value !!!!

I bought myself a new Cub Cadet 2 Stage Snow Thrower this year. An amazing product with no issues and is a work horse to say the least. My unit has 6 speeds and I can’t go beyond 2. If I do…the unit will drag me down the driveway !!!

Terrible Customer Service Model

First, love my cub cadet mower. That said, their customer service model is terrible. I can't comment on the actual service because I can't seem to get service at all. You can't email them. The online chat spontaneously ends. And after 6 attempts to reach by phone I finally get a person, get put on hold, and no one returns. Pressed "5" for a callback which hung up on me when I answered. So, if you buy a cub cadet expect to find a 3rd party for parts and service.

XR2 - a disappointment.

I purchased a XR2 robot mower last autumn so this season is my first proper experience. Most of the time it works OK and cuts grass. However, since the beginning of the mowing season there have been niggles which is disappointing. Even now, it doesn't aways connect to its mobile phone app. I knew when I bought it that it was an expensive way to mow my lawn. It would probably be worth it financially for a property with very big lawns where accompanied mowing takes a couple of hours or more. Overall though, I'm disappointed. The local agent has done his best but I don't think they have sufficient experience of the product as yet. Maybe this is a product that needs more time to iron out problems. I certainly couldn't recommend it on the basis of my experience.
