Door Superstore Tracking Order Status

Service and delivery was good, but delivery charge far too expensive. £60.00 plus VAT to deliver 10 handles. 9 heavy doors delivered at the same time for free.

Door looks great through the cellophane but the driver wasn't at all helpful. Insisted it was a "curb drop off" only and refused to help my partner unpack the door from the pallet and bring the door into the hallway, despite it being very heavy and he was literally parked outside the house, no stairs, all of 10 paces from his van. He also wouldn't take the pallet away so we now need to find a way to dispose of it. If this was an old person would he still have been so heartless? The mind boggles why people can't be a little bit kinder to each other.

Doors are good considering the tears on the packaging. Took longer to come than initially scheduled. Had to cancel the handle packages as there was a delay with them. 2 delivery’s as it was split.

If the doors are out of stock I think they should let you add them to the basket , but on the other hand they found an alternative supplier which was helpful

Door was fine . Delivery not ,waited in all day on day of delivery turned up a day later and was told by delivery driver I would need to get the door myself from the bottom of apartment block as he couldn’t get it up stairs himself ( so how could I ?) wouldn’t order from company again because of this.
