As promised, and within good time delivery

The sales side of the business was ok apart from giving me the wrong information about 1 item which meant I over ordered and had to reorder the correct items. The after sales side/customer services is an absolute disgrace. Did not really want me to return the goods it was one obstacle after another although the materials had not been out of there original packaging and I said I would package them up exactly how I received them on the same pallet. Even when I managed to arrange a collection they said it would be picked up on a certain day it wasn’t collected and nobody informed me of this, the first I heard was when I rang them late afternoon and was told it had been cancelled and if the items was left unattended all weekend I would be responsible for the items if they got stolen. How can I be responsible for something out of my control and I wasn’t told at a reasonable time to get the goods put in a safe place. 🤷‍♂️ Unfortunately I will not be using this company again and I would advise any company to only ordered what you need as returning materials is a nightmare.

Great product for prunning hard to reach smallish tree branches, very extendable arm to get the cutting blade right up in the tree canopy, easy to use and retracts back down

Having spent over £450 on guttering I had about £20 of left over fittings which i tried to return (at my expense) Because i was out of the 14day return policy they wouldnt refund me. Apart from this being a great company to buy from, when it comes to returns they dont seem to want to know any goodwill gesture. So disapointed
