Dr. Squatch Tracking Order Status

So This is My Review of the Company Dr.Squatch. Firstly i will say that i got the products that i payed for in my order. I can see that others sometimes get what they pay for, and others dosn't.. So it can bee luck or something else, i can't truely say.. Anyway's It took about 10 day's before the local mailman came with a parcel for me from em. The bad part of the shipping was that after it had cleared customs in germany it was no longer able to track the shipment online, and it was kind off lucky that i was home on the day that the local mailman came to my house. The soaps does have some smell, but some of em are more extreme than others. The worst part for me was when using one of em in the shower it left quite a mess behind and the soap bar broke easy so it took quite a while to get the job done. The company charge a very high price for a soap bar, all up to 10 € per bar, witch ain't worth it sadly .. In my local store i can buy 4 Lux soaps for 5 € and that's what i will do in the future once all my bars from Dr. Squatch is used.. So all in all i would not recommend it to people with a normal income and lifestyle .. Diva's and snobs that dosn't care about money .. go for it...

Products and customer service are great! Had an item go missing while it was shipping and they sent me a replacement free of charge without question.

Seit ein paar Monaten brauche ich die Seifen schon und habe auch schon viele davon verschenkt. Bis jetzt nur positive Feedbacks von meinen Freunden. Alle mögen diese Seifen sehr, so wie ich auch. Der Geruch ist nur leicht auf der Haut nach dem Duschen. Aber das sind natürliche Seifen, da erwarte ich auch nicht mehr davon. Mittlerweille schon über 50 Stück gekauft und über 20 verschenkt. Ich kann es nur jedem weiter empfehlen!

All those who thinks it's a bad product Idk what planet you'r from bc it's an amazing product. They smell greate and true to the name and scent they have, for example Rainforest Rapids smells like the hot springs in the andes, my mom is from Perú so she would know. Pine Tar reeeeally smells like pine. Amazing product, amazing for the skin, my skin gets really dry under the winter but this soaps fixes that problem. One of my bricks broke apart once so I reached out to ask if I could melt them down and make smaller bricks and guess what, they sent me a new brick free of charge, did not even have to pay for shipment. So you others who thinks it's a bad product are delulu😂 Btw, saw a comment about it breaks down in a week, nope. A brick lasts at least a month depending on how you use it. I shower every day and 1 brick lasts a month at minimum. If you have your brick laying at a place where it gets hot water on it then yea, it will break apart as much as anny soap brick. I have mine in the shower but higher up so I does not get unecessery water on in

**Klantbeoordeling voor Dr. Squatch Zeep** Na een kleine hik met de bezorging van mijn Dr. Squatch zeep - mijn adresgegevens waren niet correct doorgekomen - ben ik uitermate tevreden over hoe de klantenservice dit heeft opgepakt. Binnen één dag werd er contact met mij opgenomen en was er een oplossing gevonden. De zeep werd opnieuw verzonden en binnen vier werkdagen had ik het in huis. De zeep zelf is fantastisch; het biedt een natuurlijke en hydraterende reiniging die je echt het gevoel geeft fris en verzorgd te zijn. Ik waardeer het dat Dr. Squatch natuurlijke ingrediënten gebruikt, wat een groot pluspunt is voor mijn huid. De klantenservice heeft bewezen dat ze betrouwbaar en responsief zijn, wat vertrouwen wekt voor toekomstige aankopen. Al met al, ondanks de initiële bezorgproblemen, een zeer positieve ervaring!
