Eddie Bauer Tracking Order Status

Don't understand all the hate. Love the products and the brand. Never had any trouble with customer support or delivery. Happy to support them.

I’ve shopped at Eddie Bauer for decades and it’s necessary to order online these days because they don’t carry everything in the store I’ve shopped at for years. The customer service care is horrible and wastes your time on the chat, email and on phone. One of many examples I could write about is I ordered a pair of Reebok nano adventure shoes. I had a discount code that I was having trouble to get to work that should have been applicable. Went through chat, then email and finally called customer service. They were able to get it to work. Almost three weeks later I get an apology email saying they don’t have the inventory for the shoe and they’ve cancelled my order. Then I go back on their website to see if I can find something different and now of course I don't have the discount code I had to work hard for and spent way too much time getting in first place. When online the exact same shoe is available. Going through customer service again they said when they went to ship it, it wasn’t available but right away it became available again. I could order them again but not at the discount. Because of experiences like these I’m done with shopping here. I’ll find another store to dedicate my time and money to elsewhere.

Let me tell you as a "money is no object" outer wear buyer. Eddie Bauer is the best, because they back up their products with a full 100% replacement guarantee. And I have received a new polar grade jacket & several fleece & flannel lined pants due to seem rips & fails, after and only due to numerous years of putting this brand through a great physical; test. And Eddie Bauer passes hands down!!! I am very proud to wear almost everything Eddie Bauer. I feel taken care of. Warmest clothing, no questions asked.

I liked what I read about the origin of the products. Made in USA! Calabasas, CA was mentioned by name. When I received my hat, it was labeled 'made in China'. I paid 60% more to order from Eddie Bauer than the same product cost on Target, Walmart or Amazon. I bought a similar hat (actually of higher quality) for less, from one of the previously named companies. I am returning the EB hat for a refund. I don't mind that the product is made in China. I object to the misinformation of it's origin.

Horrible customer service. I ordered several things, totaling over $300 for a Christmas trip that I needed cold weather clothing for (I live in Phoenix). According to their website, they offered free shipping, 3 day shipping, 2 day shipping and 1 day. They have a 2 day window of expected delivery under each one so I chose 2 day shipping (paying $16.99 extra for the service) to get it here 2 days before I would be leaving. The item didn't even ship until 2 days later and when I got the shipping notification, it said 3 business day shipping and that I wouldn't receive my items until 2 days after I left for my trip. I used the online chat, phone, email and contacted corporate to try to resolve the problem. I got nowhere. In fact, corporate never even replied to me. I am now back from my trip and returning items. They could have easily resolved this by apologizing for misleading customers on their ship times (they shouldn't even put projected dates if they won't come close to them) and offering to at least credit my money for expedited shipping, which they did not do. The items I received were nice and I would have likely been a regular customer but I will not be ordering again due to terrible customer service and unreliable website information. Update: they at least did credit my expedited shipping fee. I increased one star for that.
