Epson Tracking Order Status

Epson ET-2750 : achetée en 2020, imprimante a toujours bien fonctionné jusqu'à la semaine dernière lorsqu'un message est apparu "tampon d'encre quasiment en fin de vie" et là plus moyen de la débloquer. Renseignements pris, il nous a été dit qu'arrivé à un certain nombre d'impressions, la machine est bloquée. Pour la débloquer il faut la rentrer dans un centre Epson. Centre qui n'existe pas en Belgique donc on nous a indiqué un centre aux Pays-Bas en nous expliquant que tous les frais seront à notre charge. L'imprimante fonctionnait très bien mais l'obsolescence programmée a fait que je me suis tournée vers une autre marque.

Have had an Epson for years. Purchased more ink cartridges through the application's pop-up "Buy more ink" when I was low. (I've never purchased ink through that before - I always go to the store.) That was months ago. I still haven't received my ink. AND, THEIR WEBSITE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" SECTION IS GARBAGE. It tells me there's already an account with my info, but when I go to the link to reset password "or get customer assistance" it sends me back to the same contact page I just filled out, without letting me change my password and doesn't give me any log-in help. Guess I need to forget about my ink cartridges and the money I spent?? And I need to buy myself a new printer that is NOT an Epson??

Wanted a high quality A3 printer but the Epson I bought has been nothing but trouble. The software keeps tripping over itself producing unexpected results. It is far too complex and clearly hasn't been checked and quality assured. I spend hours on the Web and viewing Utube videos to get the thing to work again. Today, for example I tried to scan a document to my computer (it sits alongside). It does one page and then decides it can't find my computer. I have to switch it off and restart to scan the next page... I frequently have to remove he printer from my Windows 11 computer and then add it again and restart my computer to get the wretched thing to work. Almost forgot, the print quality is poor, the head frequently gets gummed up and smears the prints. Cleaning the head manually is tedious and time consuming - the built-in cleaning function consumes ink but achieves very little else. When I bought it I just wanted a printer that worked. My trusty old Canon did this for years with no hassle. I regret the day I bought it and will never, never buy an Epson again.

Ich habe jahrelang HP Drucker gehabt, nie mehr, erstens sind die Patronen viel zu teuer und zweitens sperrt HP die Drucker, wenn man keine Original Patronen verwendet. Ich habe mir den Epson ET 4800 gekauft. Bin super zufrieden. Außerdem sind die Nachfüllflaschen für den Drucker absolut erschwinglich und haben einen guten Preis. Ich kann Epson Ecotank auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und bereue, dass ich mir nicht schon früher einen gekauft habe.
