CROOKED DECEITFUL COMPANY This Company are crooked. Do not be enticed and lured into their robbing activities. My experience the dress I purchased was too small. I had to pay the return postage. I did not receive a refund. A credit was issued forcing me to purchase from the company (something I did not want to do because of their immoral procedures) When I came to use the credit I noticed it was £10 short. I have sent at least 50 messages to recover my money but all have been ignored. Be careful

I love BNKR! In the midst of other online retailers, their service provides faith in online shopping. Their clothing is very on trend yet for an affordable price. The customer care team reply within 24 hours and are efficient in responding to queries. They are also very understanding and thoughtful when assisting (I had a late return however they still accepted this) I am definitely now a life long customer, and will continue spreading the word about this wonderful business.

(AU) Horrible customer experience with an inadequate and outdated returns policy. After being a loyal customer for years, spending thousands of dollars with them, this experience has turned me. This brand has no value for the people buying from them, they only want your money. I will NEVER shop Fashion Bunker BNKR again.
