Brilliant customer service changing my order and adding to it as well.

Purchased a Billy Oh 6x4 shed for my mum. Delivery came quicker than the initial timescale, which was great and on the day the delivery was excellent. The driver took it round the back for us. However, after we unpacked it and laid it out our problems started. The instructions are generic and for all size sheds…difficult to understand. Very disappointed in the quality, some pieces were cracked in places and had to be nailed together before installation, including strengthening with extra batons we sourced ourselves. In places the lap was not even and had to be trimmed to make the panels meet. We also had to buy additional timber as the doors did not meet (7cm gap) and screws as we received 40mm instead of 50mm. Overall construction took much longer than expected and required constant adjusting. It would have been impossible for someone who had never put up a shed before. Overall the quality is not great and I will not buy from them again (we were thinking of a shed for ourselves) and don’t recommend.

Summerhouse arrived earlier than expected. Driver friendly. Yet to build/install so not able to comment on product quality at this point... looking forward to seeing it built!

Quality excellent and everything delivered on time. The only problem we are having is the doors are a bit tricky as they are slightly warped, otherwise it would be 5 stars. The cabin was all put together in a couple of days.

I spent weeks looking at different sheds and prices, I wanted a large workshop that I could section off into a workshop and a garden shed and found one with double doors at either end that would suit my needs, I was aware that it would need a bit of alteration to get it customised to how I wanted it.The Web site was very easy to negotiate and ordering was straight forward, delivery was spot on time, it could not have been easier. When it arrived the delivery guy placed it exactly where I wanted it so full marks to him as well. I was confident enough to order a summer house as well and look forward to the same experience.
