mailbird Tracking Order Status

I would like to thank Oliver the "Customer Happiness Team Manager at Mailbird". Getting a new laptop sometimes isn't something you WANT to do. When liquid is accidently spilled though, you have to replace the thing and start over. I was having issues with our provider, as my Email service with them has always been a hassle. I won't go into detail, but let's just say, I had to find "another way" to even have a main email account. I came up with Mailbird in a search, and it sounded good. With all the emailing ,etc. and trying to do too many things at once... somehow, I didn't get the "key" to set the Mailbird up properly and kept getting messages popping up wanting me to pay. (I already had) Confusion led to more confusion, and I finally contacted a 3rd party to assist. I was contacted by Oliver, and we/he quickly figured out what the problem was. I got prompt and helpful replies to my questions, and the issue was resolved in minutes. Wonderful! Everything is fine now with my Email account, and life is as good as it can get. Again, THANK YOU to Mailbird and Oliver for their help. I really appreciate it, and would recommend the service to one and all.

Switched from a slow Outlook to Mailbird years ago and never looked back. I have 35 email accounts. Yeah, I know. Mailbird is always reliable. Feature requests actually get listened to and added. Support is quick and responsive. Highly recommend.

I noticed a bug that crashes the app - when you try to open a conversation with more than 100 emails into it. Anyway Mailbird boasts an intuitive and sleek user interface, making it easy to navigate and manage emails effectively. The layout is clean, visually appealing, and customizable, allowing users to personalize their experience. The application offers various themes and color schemes, allowing you to find a look that suits your preferences. The app supports multiple email accounts, allowing you to access and manage all your emails from a single platform. The ability to integrate third-party applications and services, such as Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and Dropbox, further enhances its functionality and productivity. The app provides a unified inbox, enabling you to view all your emails in one place. Additionally, it allows you to create and manage folders effortlessly, ensuring that your inbox remains clutter-free. The quick search feature is remarkably efficient, swiftly retrieving emails based on keywords or sender information. One improvement that could greatly enhance user convenience would be the ability to right-click on folders to mark all emails as read. The only notable downside to Mailbird is the lack of an Android app. As smartphones have become an integral part of our lives, having the ability to access emails on the go is essential.

I had serious computer issues, and 2 hard drives crashed and had to resetup my system and Mailbird. And they helped me get all my emails restored and all accounts back!!! If, we were closer I'd give them a bear hug!!! Thanks MailBird Associate!!!
