Ginger Fox Tracking Order Status

Ordered on Saturday, delivered Wednesday. Good price and delivery. Only thing that would have been useful would be a confirmation of order and despatch email

Quick to respond and very helpful

The parcel delivery service appeared to have lost the parcel. I contacted GingerFox and they immediately dispatched all my products again with 24hr delivery at no charge to me. This was amazing as I needed to get the gift to someone I wouldn't be seeing again for a while. Eventually the original parcel arrived and Ginger Fox sent over a return label and the parcel was collected from my house, couldn't have been easier. I would certainly use them again, thanks for the amazing service (not the delivery company though!).

I ordered a game but made an error on the post code. I contacted Ginger Fox who were amazingly understanding and agreed to resend if it didn't arrive. I thought this was first class service.
