GlobeIn Tracking Order Status

My grafted cactus fits perfectly in the Terracotta Plant Pal - Elephant. The planter is adorable, and I just adore how adorable it looks. 5 stars.

The GlobeIn is quite good. I'm in awe of how imaginatively their team member decorated the boxes and set up the contents. I have a subscription to Charm Box right now, and I want to retain it for a while longer. Marvelous services!!

I order every month by using the Maven program. The products are well-made, but I wish that the sizes were given. I order to save up for Christmas and birthday presents. I had changed from the boxes, because I was getting repeat products, and would rather choose exactly what I want.

Marjorie was awesome. My order magically triplicated itself and took my maven points. Marjorie was able to cancel 2 of the 3 orders and returned my maven points promptly. Bonus- I now get my original order in the box builder and all my points are restored. Life is grand

It’s just spiraled down hill from when they first started. There are other fair trade websites working with artisans and selling the same exact products for less cost. In the past my orders would arrive lacking packaging and broken, then over packaged with excessive bubble wrap tape and other plastic, then a full bag of recycling when they switched to filling the whole box with shredded paper. It’s like a joke, consumers don’t deserve to go through the ups and downs like this. I appreciate where this company started and what they aim to do but I want more assurance they are better then regular retailers (to the artisans).
