Havenly design services were amazing! I needed to revamp my apt space and the design consultant was so helpful. The process was so simple - and they truly went after the vision I was going for! They recommend high quality products to really revamp a space.. highly recommend using them!

I first heard about working with a Havenly designer five years ago after I complimented a friend's living room and found out she had worked with them. All I can say is I am in LOVE with my bedroom and will be using them for every room in my house in the future. I appreciate how your designer takes into account your budget and the pieces from your space that you want to keep. The 3D renderings gave me such a visual for how I could lay out the space! I attached photos, one of my 3D rendering and the other how my bedroom came out. OBSESSED! I HIGHLY recommend working with Havenly to create your dream space. They are a trustworthy and competent company!

OMG, Lucia was amazing and went above and beyond to transform our chaotic living room into a peaceful and cozy space that centers relaxation and socializing while keeping its function in our busy household. Her design was beautiful. She was so collaborative in bringing our vision to life and found creative solutions to our needs and oddly shaped room. We were instantly drawn to Lucia’s style and beautiful renderings. She was a pleasure to work with and was able to draw out our style, which doesn’t neatly fit into standard boxes. As US-based clients, we found that working with an international designer brought fresh ideas that we loved to our design.

My time with the designer has been excellent. She was great to work with. The issue I have is the delivery. There was no clear communication whatsoever, and I left my cell number to communicate. Since there was little to no communication from the delivery team or Havenly (every time I called Havenly, they never answered, the best way is via email), the FedEx website tells you when they drop off your items. Still, the time range isn't always accurate. I order my items with the 'White Glove' service, which in theory is a no-finger lift kind of service, but it's only available on certain things, and FYI, Wayfair only does standard shipping. So even though I selected white glove service and most of my items were Wayfair, I got standard shipping. Since I was not aware of this, my packages were on the curb, soaking wet because of the rain. I would use Haevnly for the designer service to get an idea of how to decorate my room(s), then go to IKEA for the deliveries.
