HexClad Tracking Order Status

Hexclad makes great products. We have at least 6 of them and they are the only products we use when cooking. They heat evenly and are very easy to clean. If there is ever any problems, their staff is always eager to help. I I can't praise Hexclad and their service enough.

These pans are not durable and the "Lifetime Warranty" is useless. We bought 4 different size pans and initially liked them. Since they are expensive, we treat them very carefully. We never use metal utensils even though it's advertised that you can and I always hand wash them. I noticed one of the pans has 3 scratches on it and reached out to HexClad. They said that's normal (definitely not normal) and warranty will not cover anything. Don't waste your money. Awful warranty and customer service. You're just throwing your money away.

I have been scrubbing this pot for sometime now, nothing got the “sheen” off. Spoke to two HexClad reps in Costco, and the second rep told me to contact HexClad regarding warranty (didn’t think about warranty). I asked Costco for my receipt, which they gave me, then contacted HexClad. Within two days I received notice that they are replacing my wok! Wow!!! I love HexClad, and I use the wok close to five days a week (cook for my dogs). It is the only pan in the set that has a built-up sheen (not sure why). Thanks to the HexClad team for great customer service!

Better than what I was expecting. Food doesn't stick, heavy, solid pans.

Excellent customer service and products! I had an issue with my pan and it was taken care of without question. I have purchased many items from HexClad and will continue to do so. Highly recommend this company.
