Instacart Tracking Order Status

I received some one else's order. Senior customer service tried to locate the shopper, but they did not answer the phone or texts. Most of the items I could not eat due to a restricted diet. I am a senior. They refused to refund and I had to reorder the correct items and pay for the ones I had to give away. They seem not to believe when a customer tells them that they either are short item(s) or get the wrong item and refuse to credit my account. Previously I had an undelivered order that they had no photo to prove I it was delivered and only after a number of calls to a supervisor refunded my money. They also charge prices for items on sale in the store at a higher price while the markup other items as well.

I really beg to differ about Instacart and their bad reviews. I haven't used Instacart for a long while. But I was on vacation and was at a resort condo and used them for grocery delivery. My experience with the shopper and delivery was spot on. I realized after the fact that I inadvertently signed up for their paid for delivery service. I was charged $99. On a Sunday afternoon I contacted Customer Support and told them my situation and the $99 withdrawal. The Customer Support rep guided me and I cancelled the service and after I hung up saw an email my service was canceled and I was being refunded $99. All this on a Sunday Afternoon. No problem contacting Customer service and an immediate refund. I'm surprised why so many people say they cannot contact customer service... my experience was exceptional. Thank ypu Instacart.

2 stars is a fair review there are so many problems with it like one I just experienced they do the bagging 2 hours before you have to pick it up so you don’t got time to edit and replace certain stuff and they just do it all on there own and you can do anything after they completed the order

Buyer Beware- I only use instacart b/c I am healing from major surgery and can't drive,walk or work. It will cost you at least $30 each time you use this service. Even if they claim "free delivery" you are still charged a ton of fees. I am a single mom and it adds up very quickly while not being able to work. I was charged fees that customer service could not explain. Customer service is based out of India. Numerous times I did not get what I paid for. Nor could they add in a gift card that I desperately need to use to buy my groceries.

I am pretty shocked at all the bad reviews here. Instacart for the most part has been a life saver for me. I use them all the time. Saves me time...and time is money.
