JING Tea Tracking Order Status

I bought a couple of their quite expensive cup and saucer sets as a present only to find they are not a match and slide around badly, which as you can imagine with boiling water is not ideal. The cup is Jing branded, but the saucer is obviously just a close match branded “Ocean”, “Made in Thailand”. I would not have purchased them had I known.

Amazing website and tea that lives up to it. Whether you know much about tea or not, this is the place to discover new varieties that will excite your palate.

Love their tea and the scent. However there seems to be a problem with packing and bagging. Very often their tea bags rip often - esp my beloved ginger and lemongrass ones - almost half of the time, which is very inconvenient and ruins the whole tea experience. I can’t serve tea for guests for that reason. Shame!

Don’t typically write reviews but this business is just exceptional. First off the tea is simply amazing, have tried many different types (black, green, oolong) and all are top notch. Have tried some other premium tea providers and nothing has held up to these. However the reason for the review is the service to their customers which has exceeded above and beyond. So, why do I say this? I recently received an unexpected (large) bag of breakfast Assam with a card from Jing apologising that a batch I’d previously bought was not from their portion of the relevant plantation (I’d not noticed to be honest), however once this was realised Jing sent out a further complimentary bag for me without being prompted. The fact that they identified the issue, apologised and corrected all without any input from me I think speaks volumes of how they value their customers. Very nice gesture and a massive thumbs up from me........about time for another tea order me thinks 🫖
