Have used Keller for some time and previously always been very good and competitive on pricing (obviously too competitive!!). Having ordered a few weeks back and went on to return a coat the refund appears to be lost..anyone know how to file a claim as part of creditor process?

I returned a jacket 2 weeks ago and I still have received no refund and no communication from them. I have tried email, Facebook without success. Their website/customer service is not available
