I purchased a beautiful necklace for my daughter birthday it is stunning beautiful site with lots of stunning items quick delivery will be shopping in this site again

I ordered several flower pots and my order was stuck at customs for 3 weeks (delivery to EU). I sent Lisa Angel an email asking if they knew anything about it, and even though it was Sunday I received an immediate response that a replacement order would be shipped. 4 days later I had the new order delivered with DHL express, without the need to pay customs fees. Beautiful items and excellent customer service!

Order was made and dispatched quickly, unfortunately there was some issues with the courier. I contacted Lisa Angel and they sent out a new item immediately for next day delivery which arrived in time for a birthday present. Great service and a lovely necklace that was greatley recieved. I ordered a bracelett and had it personalised,to my horror I had put the wrong date to be be added on, and my order had already been posted out to me, I asked for a discount if I re- ordered, I was so pleased when they said just send the wrong item back and they sent me a new one with correct date at no added cost to me.I am so grateful and the customer service is so on point Thank you so very much.
