LOOK Optic Tracking Order Status

I just purchased their progressive readers and in my opinion the company is a scam. The lenses are terrible and there is noway the progressive will be clear with such poor quality. On top of that, the company tries every underhanded trick to keep you from returning the glasses and then there is a charge to actually return the glasses. Like so many other companies, they are a money machine only concerned about profit and not quality.

Very poor customer service. I ordered progressive readers frames, I was sent the wrong lenses (single vision lenses). I reached out by email, they offered a replacement. The replacement which again happened to be the wrong lenses. I cannot process a return because it won't offer my money back because of the way the exchange was processed. It takes days for someone to respond and address a customer service situation. Don't waste your money.

The readers we got have better optical lenses than most - we've tried several sellers. They are much lighter and more comfortable than Peepers or Renee's Readers. The benefit of LookOptic is that their glasses are very light and comfortable, plus the optical quality of the lenses is superior to most (including Peepers and ThinOptics). Also, their customer service is excellent. The main disadvantage is that they don't have quarter strengths - like I need 1.25 but they only carry 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, etc. I find this to be a SERIOUS failure on their part because anyone who needs an in between magnification is completely out of luck. Exchanges are free and easy and they give you a return label for them. Returns are also straightforward but a $6 return fee applies. I would buy more of their glasses if they had the in between strengths.

So I have three pairs of these glasses. Why do I? They are comfortable and stylish. The most comfortable and stylish out of all others I have tried. However, the lenses get cloudy quickly and customer service is of no help. In addition, your online account never works properly. If you are lucky enough to be able to get in it will say you have no order history. Customer service has been going back and forth with me all morning about the lens issue asking for my order numbers, which I can not access. This is enough to make me switch to a competitor if this isn't resolved. I am going to see how this pans out. I went from being a lifelong customer who told everyone about these glasses to being someone who may never order again. I hope Look Optic turns this around.

I purchased a pair of glasses a few months back and recently the lens popped out…the lenses are held in by what looks like fishing line and I couldn’t get it to stay in. After reading the reviews I was skeptical about the customer service but decided to try anyway! My experience couldn’t have been better! I called and left a message and within an hour, I received a call back from customer service who gave me a code for a free replacement pair. They arrived about 2 weeks later!!
