Lumen.me Tracking Order Status

When you message someone they get back to you, This is my second attempt with my lumen. My first round it worked but i was too confident snd put it down. Now all the weight is back on plus more. This is a great tracking device to check yourself before eating snd how you’re waking up.

The biofeedback really helps me understand what my body responds to...much more than simply weighing myself. Thank you!

This device works by tracking your food intake (carbs/fats/protein - the macros) and reading your co2 level in your breath to tell you if you are burning fat or carbs (or both) at any given time. Its supposed to then vary your macros to increase metabolic flexibility. Sounds great. The problem is that the food tracking part is totally useless. The food database is limited, its clunky to use and it's mainly based on US brands. For those outside the US, well, good luck. Its seems bizzare that for a relatively sophisticated medtech company they cant sort out basic food tracking or just buy this off the shelf from someone who does it better. It's meant to integrate with MFP through Apple Health, but this didn't work for me, and in any case I want it all in one app not across many. The other problem is that the readings often are completely random and Lumen always have some explanation for your reading even if it makes no sense. I tried it for a while and in the end gave up.

I like how the company answers my questions quickly.

This is a great tool for learning how your personal metabolism works. It gives lots of tools and information that lets you learn how to make changes.
