She made all the arrangements as we discussed, contacted the resort and even factored in the time difference between the East Coast and the West Coast to advise me on the successful outcome. i was very impressed and appreciative of her service.

Kylie M was very polite & helpful in response to my enquiry - each of her responses were timely & included all information I needed.

The person Suyog helped me with a date selection that I could not achieve on the app. The calendar was not being cooperative. Once I explained my problem Suyog was swift in ensuring my request was achieved. With thanks. So I haven’t been on the trip yet it will be 16th May.

All customer service agents were busy when I rang, but Luxury Escapes rang me back in the order I was in the queue. The gentleman was extremely helpful and everything was fixed in a very short time.
