Mac Duggal Tracking Order Status

This is the worse company ever!!! If you want a Macduggle dress I advised you to buy it from one of the sellers Nordstrom, or Dillards, but never from Mac duggle, their return policy is crazy. They will charge you $12 for shipping, then it takes 10-15 days before you receive an e/mail stating that your return has been approved and your funds will be deposited with in the next 10 days. It takes 20 -25 days before your money is returned, THAT’S CRAZY NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They are QUICK removing your finds but very SLOW RETURNING THEM!!!!!!!!!! Haven't gotten my refund yet.. I sure wish I would have read these reviews

Wish I had read these reviews first! VERY limited return/exchange (14 days from SHIPPING) and no customer service whatsoever. Package came with no shipping inserts/ return information/invoice. I was out of town when the package came and now stuck with an expensive dress that does not fit and I can’t even do an even exchange to a different size. There is virtually no customer service to appeal to. I have multiple weddings and events coming up and I definitely will not be ordering anything else from this company.

Poor quality, unfortunately. For £400 dress I expected more. It had the belt in, which was literally just cut at the back where the zip is, leaving metal wire sticking out. Dangerous and not nice. Too bad because design is very nice and the dress would be lovely if it was just made with more effort. Also sizing is unusual. I am normally size 10, but even 8 was too big.

The dresses are very pretty but the material is super cheap. After wearing the dress for 5 hours almost 90% of the beads had fallen off, there was three rips, and random threads hanging all over, not to mention it was uncomfortable. I found other versions of the same dress that were cheaper and overall better quality.

Beautiful design (appliqué dress), cheapest, most ordinary materials and very uncomfortable to wear and beads come loose after trying it on for 30 seconds. Too bad! I would have gladly payed a few hundred dollars more for better materials and workmanship.
