Mainline Menswear Tracking Order Status

It would appear that Mainline is getting spammed with fake poor reviews for some reason. I buy every now and then and receive top quality gear at a good price. Quick delivery and I’ve never had an issue getting a refund if required. Will use again!

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, so many people crying over little things. First time using these guys and were spot on!

I ordered a pair of shoes that were labelled 10 (44). I had another pair of similar shoes in a 44, and knew this was my size. The size 9 (43) I knew would be too small. The website clearly advertised the shoes as a 10 (44). However, when they arrived, they were a 10 (44 2/3) which unfortunately was too large. After a long and unfruitful discussion with the company (where I was told it was totally my fault because I got what I ordered, and they couldn't possibly put partial sizes on their website, even though the website says they are a 44), they would not pay for the return cost. Their website is misleading from a shoe size perspective, I cannot comment on other items. The shoes arrived quickly and I have a refund, minus the Euro 60 it cost to send them back (from NL). So not a great outcome and I think misleading customer service. I would be reluctant to buy from them again.

I spoke to Chloe on the phone about which size to get in a tracksuit. She went as far as to measure up the sizes in the warehouse and recommend the best colour. I then bought a bag in a second order the same day and spoke to a gentlemen who added the second order to my first order and refunded me the shipping cost. All items were received within 24hrs and are excellent quality! Outstanding service!!!
