Navabi UK Tracking Order Status

My initial contact with Navabi customer service service was positive and responsive. My concern related to a parcel that DHL had lost the paperwork for. I was reassured that the 15 day returns process would not apply and I would still receive a refund. Seven weeks late, the parcel was returned from the German warehouse. I have contacted customer service a number of times but received no response. Please can somebody help.

Fabulous clothes as always. Excellent quality. The delivery and minimal fee though. Ouch!

Another fabulous order. The quality is amazing. I'm not sure what's going on with the refund issues as it's not affected me, I hope they sort this out for other customers. There are size charts on each item and I always check them when ordering. I've saved over £400 on sale items so a charge of £19 for a 48 hour delivery seems pretty reasonable.

Clothing is excellent as always but the additional charge they are putting on each item since brexit is ridiculous - its not the cost of the item or the shipping this is a separate charge that gets added to your garments at the payment screen, it isn't added to your goods in the shopping cart, so no explanation for what it is for - it just shows up in your final total. Its just a brexit tax - a way to make extra income illegally. Shame on you Navabi!

Navabi has been excellent I am a great fan of the company, I find myself regularly drawn to the website which is so easy to navigate (and spend money!) which says something about the organisation of the site because I am practically computer illiterate. The clothes they provide are of wonderful and exceptional quality materially and in design. Some pieces are unique and I am able to see a variety of styles. The colours are vibrant too which helps with the clarity of the pictures of the clothes and I love multi ethnic models, which reflects their clientele. The shape guides are brilliant - they work! There is no doubt much thought, consideration and effort has gone into making Navabi a great online shopping experience. I like the way the clothes are presented via post, folded with obvious care and wrapped in tissue with your navabi seak. Just like the wrapping in a boutique - meticulous attention to detail. Not once has my packages been left outside in the rain and the returns have been exceptionally easy. I tick why I'm returning it, stick the label on the package or box and give to the post office. I believe they are doing an excellent job for the voluptuous, curvaceous women who like beautiful well made designed clothes at affordable prices and not just tents that you can only wash a few times before the material degrades. I have spent quite a bit and they have provided a great service.
