Oral B Tracking Order Status

We gave used Oral B products (electric toothbrushes to floss etc) for decades. When I veered away from the floss I've loved for decades to try their expandable floss, I absolutely hated it. It literally stays stuck in my teeth. But they allow you a refund if you take the initiative to send in your original receipt and back of the product with the upc. I was willing to do it, because I wanted the refund to purchase my trusty standby that I've used forever. After waiting more than 6 weeks, they tell me I am denied a refund because they didn't have the receipt or the proper upc. I chatted then with a representative who assured me he would handle thus and correspond via email. Nothing. Something this simple will cost Oral B a valued customer and much shared negative publicity. We I'll never purchased Oral B products again. And I will share my negative experiences on all social media platforms.

I really like these brushes..., but the problem for me now with the two brushes I have used is that they break... The joint between the brush and the main body just breaks after 6 months... At £5 a pop, that's £10 I've just lost... Oral B Pulsar is the model

Ich war schon auf alles gefasst nachdem ich die Bewertungen hier gelesen habe. Der Akku meiner iOs Zahnbürste hat nach 1 1/2 Jahren nachgelassen. Die Reparatur bzw. Austausch des Gerätes hat problemlos und sehr schnell geklappt - Montag verschickt und Samstag hielt ich sie wieder in den Händen. Über den jeweiligen Stand wurde ich immer informiert. Leider bleibt der fade Beigeschmack einer schlechten Qualität...

Habe eine elektrische Zahnbürste bestellt (Oral-B Pulsonic elektrische Zahnbürste) und bin sehr unzufrieden mit der Leistung. Nun will man von seinem Rückgaberecht gebrauch machen und einem werden 6 Stoplersteine in den Weg gelegt sodass der Großteil die schlechte Zahnbürste dann wohl behält. Bereue den Kauf sehr - Hersteller wird gewechselt!
