I purchased a sweater for my husband from this company. The quality was okay, nothing special but not bad. The item did run very large so we returned it because the medium size was more like a large. BEWARE the problem was that I returned the item on December 17. Way before the holiday return rush, which starts after Christmas. On January 9th I realized I never received a refund from them. I contacted them and it was then that they issued the refund. I won't really order from them anymore and would warn others to check their credit card statements to make sure they received a refund from them. I expect a company to refund me without me having to contact them as it's a hassle and waste of time to have to trace back purchases to returns and refunds. They said it was because of the holiday return rush but I returned my item on December 17 which is before people begin returning Christmas items so I didn't really buy their excuse.
