Raymour & Flanigan Tracking Order Status

Kettly Gedeon (The service representative) worked hard to resolve both payments and delivery date issues. She made and received several calls and emails to get the job done. The R&F webpage was malfunctioning on delivery dates and We just returned from abroad & had not yet alerted our credit card company which caused mass confusion. She was great!

Nicole did a wonderful job helping me find the perfect item to finish off my outdoor patio! It looks great and the price was fantastic. Glad I didn’t wait any longer or I would have missed out on the perfect item. Thank you Nicole!
