Renogy Tracking Order Status

So far the products are fine except nuts, bolts and washers were missing from the boxes of hardware that came with the installation kits. All we asked for was one small bag to finish the job. The contact was cordial enough, but they wanted pictures to prove...I'm not sure what. We had to go buy the extra parts that we needed. We have just started using the generator and solar panels. So for they are working well.

I bought a tiny house kit. The kit didn't come with everything to install it. I had to buy the mounts for the panels separately. I also had to buy the 40ft extenders that are needed because the kit didn't come with it. No where on the site explains what the kit comes with or what might be needed to be purchased separately. 1 of the panels was cracked. I was told they couldn't send me a replacement all they could do was give me a refund. So I had to wait for the refund so I could buy another panel. The site recommended I buy another battery and even told me which battery to get that would work with my kit. Well the site was wrong. It recommended a 12v battery and all the paperwork that comes with the lycan 5000 says to ONLY use renogy 48v batteries when expanding or you will damage the battery and the unit. Now I'm stuck with a battery I have no use for and I'm out the couple hundred dollars that battery cost me.

Two 100 W flexible panels ordered with all possible supply for the install. Everything went ok. The operation of the panels exceeds expectations. Thank you Ernest D Lykissa PhD
