Rock Auto Tracking Order Status

I requested a refund and they did... I had to pay shipping both ways... I paid 8 dollars to ship it to me and 8 dollars to send it back. I got 7 dollars back for a refund. Waste of time and money.....

I live in British Columbia and RockAuto is amazing. Have had 5 different shipments, their prices are the best, no surprises with customs or exchange rates, the parts are high quality and I always receive the parts faster than I expected. I gave up on CT and Napa prices are ridiculous. Do yourself a favour and give them a try.

Always great experience buying from rockauto.com. Buying from them since 2011. Greatest source for Parts when you are buying oversees hands down. Im from germany and I always ship with FedEx. Never had any problems.

I have ordered from Rock 3 times. Twice for clips. Once for Tire pressure sensors. No problem with the clips but the sensors did not work and I was unable to return then. Lostb100 bucks on parts that don't work. Their site is great for research, but I'll stick to other suppliers for purchasers. Buyer beware.
