The service is excellent. Sadly I was at the back of the queue when feet were given out and find it extremely difficult to find something that fits comfortably ☹️ Regrettable I had to return the shoes. Apologies

On the 20th of Feb I placed my order they were too big so I sent them back on the same day I received them asking for an exchange I am still waiting. It is the 7th March.

I was uncertain about ordering with this company as I had not heard of them before. They were £25 cheaper than FitFlop for the same sandal. I am so glad that I made the plunge and ordered. The order came quicker than a previous FitFlop order - I sent this FitFlop order back and was £25 better off !

I bought these as a replace for my beloved Rhodes , straight away I felt that these might be seconds ! The foot bed inner constantly flips out and is rough and uncomfortable in my feet , they feel lighter than my first pair ( bought elsewhere) Definitely disappointed ☹️
