Legit website and service. Package arrived on time and as ordered.

Very happy with purchase, lots of choice in stock and good prices. But the packaging was poor, I appreciate you trying to not use plastic but the box got wet in the rain and just fell open. I think the item dropped out at some point, probably seen by someone in my household. Not ideal. You need to use more secure boxes, glued or taped closed. Update: customer care team have been very responsive and offered a refund or a very generous gift voucher. Extra stars for that. Thank you.

Placed order on Monday 25th. Received confirmation of order on the same day. Was told I'd receive confirmation of dispatch with tracking order. 3 days later and still no dispatch email. When I contacted them they said, "the system" says that I didn't pay for the item and that I clicked on the back button before paying. I produced screenshots of the confirmation of purchase email AND my bank statement, proving payment. I'm still waiting for a response which is taking far too long. Now I have to start a fraudulent transaction with my bank. Terrible customer service. Don't trust these con artists. I will be reporting you to trading standards as well!!!!! UPDATE: I had to phone them and speak to an advisor to get it sorted. The advisor was very helpful and even admitted that their payment system is rubbish and makes faults all the time. She eventually identified the payment on her end and created a new order number and dispatched the item. I was also sent a gift card for £10 for my trouble.
