Sizzlefish Tracking Order Status

Placed an order for $150 surf and turf grilling package for my brothers birthday. At check out I selected the delivery date of his birthday which was 10 days out from my order. During checkout it said they would reach out if anything changed with my delivery. My brother‘s birthday comes and goes no communication from Sizzlefish. I email them and they say that my delivery is delayed because of East Coast weather. I am shipping to Phoenix where it is sunny and 75° so this is irritating already. They apologize for the delay and say it will ship the following Monday so he’ll receive about a week after his birthday. Then Monday comes and goes still no communication from Sizzlefish. I reach out yet again And they apologize and say it will ship Wednesday now and they will expedite to overnight shipping. I receive the shipping confirmation and track the order. These people shipped fresh raw steak and seafood GROUND across the country. The delivery is taking over a week to reach my brother. It will most certainly be rancid and capable of killing someone. I reach out yet again to Sizzlefish. They say oh, just inspect the quality of the food upon delivery, still offering to do nothing to fix the situation. Avoid this company they are going to kill someone. If I wasn’t paying closer attention to the shipping and delivery date and someone consumed this food they would probably die.
