Smokstore Tracking Order Status

I ordered from them and then I got the confirmation email and decided to check here to see what people said. I didn't think it was a legitimate website after reading their reviews. I got my order within 2 weeks of ordering. Everything I ordered too. Not sure if the only people who post reviews are the ones who get f-ed over. I thought I was gonna get scammed, but I didn't. To be honest I am amazed that this happened. I will order again just to post an update.

Finally received my order!! I ordered February 15, 2023, received my order March 10, 2023!! I didn't read reviews before I ordered then when I did read them people were not receiving their order I got scared, tracking was not working, I emailed them several times, I always received a response, everything in my order was correct and no damage! What is not disclosed is an international fee, mine was only $1.94 but should have been on the order confirmation, so my experience with them was not a bad one, just took about a month to get my order!!!

I thought I would write a review to share my experience. I ordered a new mod from them. I didn't check them out properly as I was in a huge rush and my usual sites were all out of stock. 48 hours later I still didn't have a confirmation. Read some bad reviews and started freaking out. Asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund. It took them a while to do the refund but it eventually came through. I received emails from 'Coco' which were always within an acceptable time frame. Based on my experience, I don't think they are scammers.

Ordering from this site has been a huge hassle and i have nothing to show for it. After being jerked around for 2 weeks I received no order. So we finally agreed on a refund. (Lets hope they make good on that.) I ordered 2 wotofo manik pod mods. "Coco" claims they're having trouble getting them back in stock. However their site claims that they're "in stock", interesting. "Scam" is a hefty accusation and the jury's still out on this refund. So I won't go that far yet. But "smokstore" has wasted my time and lied about their inventory. Just a clown outfit with shoddy business practices, will not be ordering again.

I read some reviews AFTER I had purchased two items, and because of other people saying the site was a ripoff I tried to get a refund via PayPal. LUCKILY... My order had already shipped. Someone responded to me via SMOKSTORE (promptly) in regards to my concerns. Long story short I received my order (in Texas) though it took a little longer because the color of the vape I wanted wasn't in stock. So, this is a LEGITIMATE website. I think it's WRONG to leave scam reviews on stores that are actually doing their jobs when there are so many others that are really SCAMS. SMOKSTORE, however is not.
