SOLUTIONS PEST AND LAWN Tracking Order Status

This company knowingly sells product they do not have after charging your credit card. They do not notify you either. I had to disputer the charge to get my money back. They have an F rating with the BBB. WARNING, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

I was hesitant at first to place an order with this company, but it seemed like the largest issues were with availability or backorders of merchandise and many were dated during times of Covid where that was an issue for all companies. I called ahead and made sure my item was in stock (which it was) and the gentleman on the phone was kind and professional. He said my item would ship out the following Monday (it was late on a Friday when I called). The item arrived quickly and in excellent packaging. I will do business with this company again. Their Google reviews are better than the BBB ones which also helped me to determine that the pricing and wide selection of products were worth taking a chance.

Just got another shipment and couldn't have gone any better. Price was fully 25% lower than I could have gotten through any of the local Ag stores and delivered to my porch in 2 business days. Thanks going out to Jeremy and all the staff at Solutionsstores - they're the best.

Just got my first order from Solutions. Herbicide for my ranch was priced much better than any of our local suppliers and delivered Fedex in about 3 days. No problem with them accepting my Ag exemption and ordering was a breeze. Only (minimal) issue is phone call availability but they're very good with email responses. Overall, they did great for me and I'll definitely use again.
