SpaFinder Tracking Order Status

UPDATE: Frustrating beyond imagination, persistence seems to have paid off and Spa Finder will refund the $50 that was not honored on their card. All I can say to anyone else, don't give up when something goes wrong. Don't become a victim. Be a warrior of the right thing. As I continue to receive boiler-plate messages from SpaFinder via Trust Pilot with no real contact with them (they make it impossible), I will continue to write here how inaffective their customer service really is. My original complaint was filed on 12/30/23 after experience with Nail Garden in Encino on 12/29/23… who has also not responded. Nice rip-off on both of their parts on top of being rude by ignoring me.

Yesterday I had a less than desirable experience at the hands of SpaFinder. I’d found a nail salon that ‘honored’ my $50 gift card from SpaFinder. I checked the status of the card. All good. When I went to pay for my services ($71 + $20 tip cash) I was informed by Nail Garden that they were no longer affiliated with SpaFinder and they had been trying (obviously with no success) to have themselves (all locations but one) removed from the listings, it still had not been done and over a long period of time of requesting. The gal at Nail Garden attempted to honor the card by inputting manually, but it did not work. Therefore, believing I had a $50 gift card, I indulged in a rather yummy pedicure. Of course I was ready and willing to pay the overage of $21 plus the $20 tip, but in the end I am out the full amount of $91. I believe that SpaFinder needs to make this right for me… AND they should also remove Nail Garden from their list of affiliates. Waiting to hear from Spa Finder. I have also written in their Facebook page and will continue find places to get their attention until such time… thank you.

I just redeemed my Spafinder gift card at Bodysense in Miami. My massage was great, I was able to cover both treatment and tip with it. I highly recommend this spa! The card was a gift (thanks hubby) and it was MUCH needed.

EDIT: My money was put back on my card. Tried to use it at the spa and it wouldn't go through so ended up paying the full amount. Went on-line today and it said I had a $0 balance. Called and spoke to a John who told me that it would be 7 to 10 days before they figure it out and he didn't know if the money would go to the spa or back on my card. At the risk of sounding like a Karen, John was INCREDIBLY rude and condescending. He wouldn't give me a reason why this was happening - I just had to wait and see. There was more to his rudeness but you could tell he didn't give a crap what was wrong. Hoping I get my money back. Will never use again because of the customer service.

Not really sure yet you order was never delivered and they said it shipped on the 8th but it hasn't arrived yet so I'm not sure if it's a scam yet it took a while I guess because they said send that all of this stuff without tracking numbers of course both packages were lost the people were very nice ride along a very odd situation but they credited me back my money definitely not a scam they just choose not to use tracking numbers for whatever reason which complicates everything
