Stokke Tracking Order Status

Vi köpte en begagnad Tripp Trapp stol med babyset som vi var nöjd med till en början så länge det var helt. Helt plötsligt gick dock baysetet sönder och vår son flög i backen och slog sig kraftigt i ansiktet. När vi vände oss till Stokke kring detta och undrade om vi gjort något fel så fick vi svar att de inte rekommendera att köpa deras produkter begagnade utan att man alltid ska köpa nytt från dem. I dagens samhälle känns det väldigt konstigt med ett företag som inte uppmuntrar ett långvarigt liv av sina produkter och vi kan därför inte alls rekommderna Stokke som företag eller deras produkter.

We ordered 2 Tripp Trapp high chairs for our 3 year old and 9 month old, as well as the baby seat. The parcels were split into 3 packages and the tracking confirmed 2 parcels had been dispatched but it wasn’t clear which items were arriving. I recieved an email from Stokke on the Monday morning advising that DPD had not collected one of the parcels but again it wasn’t clear which parcel they were referring to. Later that day the high chairs arrived but no baby seat. The tracking information just said the parcel was delayed but no specific information. I contacted the customer services on the Tuesday to see what was happening. I had a response the next day confirming it was delayed by customs and apologised for the delay but nothing else. I responded straight away advising that was not what they had said in the original email and could they find out exactly what was going on. They replied 2 days later confirming they were contacting the logistics team and would get back to me. As of yet they have not come back to me and I am still without the baby seat with no idea when it will arrive. We can’t use the high chair without the baby seat so it is still sitting in the box. The only reason I haven’t given 1 star is because the high chairs are lovely but really disappointed with the delivery and customer services. Initially I thought it was DPD but having seen the reviews there seems to be an issue with Stokke. Hopefully they will respond to this review and I’ll get my baby seat soon.

After receiving a TrippTrapp chair for our October 2023 born granddaughter, which was a huge success, we ordered ones for our nearly 3 year old and February 2024 born granddaughters, which are also popular. Chairs for the newborns suit the parents, who have the children safe and comfortable at convenient height, and the oldest girl loves that she can climb into the seat herself and join in at the table. All 3 seats have the children's names, so no possible confusion or arguments on that score. All in all I consider the chairs a good investment in safety and convenience.

Amazing customer service. They rearranged delivery for me after I missed it and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend
