There are so many bad reviews about this company I figured it would be better to give the poor guys a break, even though they were just complicit in scamming me out of $4000 worth of tickets. I usually never leave reviews but this story is so obsurd I just felt I had to do it. I bought 10 ($1k each) tickets to the Monaco F1 Grand Prix this year, unfortunately 2 of the friends invited were unable to join so I decided to sell them online. Obviously these are high demand items and sold within a few hours. At the race we had a block booking and I sat next to the eventual buyer, he told me he bought the tickets on the street which was strange but I confirmed they were the tickets I sold to be sure he was in the right place, we spoke for a few minutes but I didn't want to annoy him so left him alone. Fast forward a week, I get a message from Stubhub saying my tickets were invalid and could not be used which was obviously incorrect (as I used my tickets and met the buyer). They cancel the sale and decide I'm not getting the money for the tickets, already extremely frustrating and I try and negotiate with StubHubGPT support but its just canned responses and pain, so I give up. The cherry on top came later, they charge my card $2,000 as a fine for getting scammed. I can only laugh as its the most ludicrous thing I've ever encountered. Needless to say I'll do charge back for the $2,000 but it's just completely outrageous that a company operates this way. On a positive note, if you ever need some money this seems like a foolproof way. Buy ticket on StubHub, Sell it in person, Claim ticket didn't work. Profit.

Tuve una buena experiencia, pero con el servicio post venta, lamentablemente la entrada que compré (para regalar a mi marido), del concierto de Rammstein en Madrid, era una entrada nominal, y al él intentar pasar el punto de control le dijeron que ese nombre estaba muy repetido, parece que quien puso a la venta la o las entradas era un estafador, en fin, la entrada no era valida y tuvimos que "resolver" de otra manera. Les pongo 3 estrellas por destacar la excelente atención que recibí de Luis, quien me ayudó, inclusive buscando una entrada de reemplazo, cosa que no fue posible, pero si que inmediatamente recibí el reembolso del dinero. No le pongo mejor calificación porque desde luego el servicio como tal no funcionó, pero estas 3 estrellas van para Luis, su excelente capacidad resolutiva y su ayuda para con nuestro caso, lo tomamos con paciencia y bueno, lamento las cosas no hayan salido bien.

Had an issue with a seller scamming me with a ticket I bought in March for an event next week! The email support was useless but thankfully read somewhere to talk to the stubhub Twitter support. They messaged my seller for me and my ticket was “no longer available”. I’m flying 3000 miles for this event so was devastated and had already paid thousands, initially I was offered a 125% refund for a new ticket but buying another ticket I was never guaranteed an actual ticket as I was worried it would be a scam again. I insisted on a ticket and sent many comparable ones over and eventually asked how could I speak to a manager or someone who could authorise another ticket for me as I couldn’t call as I’m not in the US. I’m assuming the chat advisor went and asked someone else for me as 5 minutes after sending that message I had an email saying I have a new ticket! And it was a major upgrade at no additional cost to me!! The seller sent me my ticket an hour after and it’s all sorted! Thank you to Mariany for sorting this all out for me! I can now go to see Taylor Swift in better seats and stress free!
