Sweaty Betty Tracking Order Status

I buy a lot of things from Sweaty Betty and I’ve been disappointed with my latest experience. I ordered a gillet from them. It was taking awhile to arrive and I happened to check the website. I then noticed that Evri their courier was taking it back to the sender. I’d have no communication from the courier or the company and I’m still unsure why this has happened. Unfortunately, this item was a gift and it is now going to be delayed as a result of this which is a real shame. I usually have items delivered to my local Waitrose store which works better, but on this occasion they almost messed this order up and sent it back but I managed to contact Evri and get it sorted. This may be a courier problem but I’ve also not been communicated to by the company. I filed a, request today and I’ve been told that it will be seven days before they get back to me is too long really. I think it’s the first time I’ve had to contact customer Service and it’s not been a particularly positive experience because of the length of time in response and also the lack of communication.

I am a relatively new customer to SB but they now have me forever! The quality is great and I love the small details they add to the design. However the main reason I will stay with them is that their customer care is fantastic! I made a large order and when it arrived the DPD driver let me know that the parcel had opened and he kindly put tape on it to try and close it. He asked me to check the order but I was on a call and so didn't do a great check. Later I found there were some socks missing. I took a picture of the envelope and sent off an email. within a couple of days I got a reply from Gemma S. She was so professional and speedy with her reply. She issued me a new pair of socks straight away. Gemma was very clear and so helpful, she really gave a personal touch as well, something that a lot of big companies don't have these days. A huge fan of sweaty Betty clothing in particular there super soft yoga leggings these are a great fit I wouldn’t wear any other kind of leggings

Anne-Marie at Sweaty Betty customer services was able to promptly deal with my issue which was a missing return. I found the service easy to access and it was nice to be able to sort out the issue by email with a named person. Anne-Marie was able to process my refund after I sent my Waitrose return receipt to her as a picture on email. Sweaty Betty continues to be my ‘go-to’ for Power leggings and vest tops. I also like the soft support bra with no padding, clips or wires and also the long sleeve half zip tops. My hobbies are yoga and run/walk and dog walks so I spend most of my time in the leggings and tops. Having lost some weight with all this exercise I now have small size leggings for classes and running and medium size for around the house and walks. They all wash and dry very well.

Customer service is just so incredible, and the product speaks for itself. Thank you for having people like Dearbhla represent your customer service department and your company. In a time when customer service is so poor, to have the level of assistance and kindness that I received from Dearbhla meant everything in deciding where I shop and now, I don't want to buy from Nordstrom (which I love). I want to always buy directly from Sweaty Betty. Thank you for such incredible clothing and sales! Katherine H.
