The psychiatrist I talked to was awesome. She calmly walked me through some steps I needed to take and made some very helpful suggestions. I am going to miss her. So why the negative review? Their customer service is awful! My psychiatrist had to take some time off, which meant that I wouldn't be able to see her for most of the month. Talkspace took two weeks to reply to my request for clarification (yes, TWO weeks!!) and basically told me - tough luck on the month.

Practitioners were great. I left because they wouldn’t let me update my plan because they said my account account was past due, past due, for renewal only. All of my visits have been paid. It’s utter rubbish to charge someone so that they can change their subscription! They’re basically forcing me to pay in advance for services I want to change before they give me access to change it!! They’ve lost business as I was only reducing my plan to one practitioner, and was also about to pay for my daughter to get counseling. In addition the low ratings and negative reviews I’ve seen them garner for these policies, they should be even more concerned on how these types of policies affect their customers who are struggling with Metal health issues on top of the normal stress that this type of treatment and situation causes! UNETHICAL PRACTICES.

Hi, Dealing with TS and trying to get into their system was extremely difficult and time consuming. Once I selected my provider however, I was quite happy with her. She was helpful & insightful and helped me make significant gains in my own situation. But after 4 months TS said (out of the blue) I needed to choose another provider and would not explain why. Then they cut us off...but not before I got my providers contact info. What mental health provider cuts off a successful relationship without either side requesting it? I told them to delete my account. Update: TS put me back with my provider. According to them it was about continuing education for my provider. Why did she not know? She only had one other client with a similar experience. Anyway, it was resolved. Thanks TS! UPDATE: After reading all of the bad reviews...I suggest that you go THROUGH your insurance to get service from TS. Also, I would have one experience with them and watch how they bill you. I am truly connected to an excellent provider, and I understand you don't need any more problems that you already have when seeking counseling. I was very careful about getting on board with them. Their customer service is VERY SLOW....That needs to be improved ASAP!
