I shop here regularly and can spend over £1000 a time, unfortunately I’ve just discovered no free returns anymore and no free delivery either (I shop here for that benefit as too busy to shop in town centres) so for me that convenience of free returns is why I shop here, unfortunately I won’t be shopping here anymore and will find another retailer that does free returns, I’ve shopped here for over 3 years. Well considering the amount of money I spend it should still be free. Well tessuti you’ve just lot a big customer for this change.

Hi, I bought a pair of black mallet trainers from Tessuti last year, they were perfect and decided I wanted a white pair, went online a purchased a pair of white mallets (pophams) they arrived promptly but as they were white I wanted to save for good weather. I put them on a month later a was attending a family barbecue, they didn't feel right and got home to find blisters on my toes! I looked at the trainers to find that even though the label inside says UK size 42 (size 8), the euro size says size 41 (size 7.5) now I knew why they hurt, 2 different labels within the trainers advise different sizes, but they were clearly a size 7.5. I have tried to contact Tessuti several times with no response, so I am stuck with a pair of trainers I can't wear and 2 different sizes on the label, no one has got back to me which I think is disgusting, worst £130 I have ever spent! Why Is it so hard to get your money back on a product that is clearly defective ( sold incorrectly )
